AI Solutions Lead - Agentic AI

About the Role

As an AI Engineer specializing in AI Agents, you will serve as the technical complement to the business side of the AI Solutions Lead, playing a pivotal role in our organization's transformation strategies. Your mission is to design, prototype, and deploy domain-specific AI agents that can communicate with one another to perform intelligent tasks, gather information, and generate actionable insights.

You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, taking solutions from concept to production. This role requires close collaboration with transformation teams, business stakeholders, and AI platform teams to build scalable, cross-domain AI solutions. You will drive the development of an actionable Generative AI roadmap, ensuring that the agents you build are not only high-performing but also integrated seamlessly into the broader business ecosystem.
