AI Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI solutions within our organization. This role is critical for building and productionizing Vertex AI-based RAG systems, designing reliable tool-using agents, and seamlessly integrating vector and graph databases. You will own the full lifecycle of these systems, from ingestion and retrieval to agent orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.

In this position, you will design robust RAG pipelines on Google Cloud, implementing strategies for chunking, embeddings, indexing, and reranking. You will build agentic workflows that leverage tool use, planning, and reflection, ensuring structured outputs and guardrails. A key part of your mission involves integrating these agents with graph databases like Neo4j and vector databases such as Pinecone or Vertex Vector Search. You will also define and execute rigorous evaluation metrics to improve system quality, focusing on answer accuracy and grounding while minimizing hallucinations.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shipping to production with a focus on APIs, monitoring, observability, and cost optimization. You will champion secure-by-design engineering practices, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
