About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer with over 13 years of expertise to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade Android applications. This role exists to drive technical strategy, ensuring our mobile solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will serve as a pivotal bridge between architectural vision and hands-on execution, defining development standards while mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design, and DevOps.
In this position, you will architect reusable components and SDKs, optimize application performance, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines. The day-to-day involves leading technical decision-making, conducting deep-dive code reviews, and resolving complex production issues. You will work in a hybrid, remote, or onsite environment, leveraging modern frameworks like Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and cloud platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements
