About the Role

We are driving a major transformation in how work gets done through AI—embedding intelligent systems into business processes to accelerate execution, improve decision-making, and scale expertise across the organization.

As an AI Architect, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that directly support business operations. You will work embedded with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn proven ideas into scalable production systems. Your focus will be on enabling knowledge extraction from unstructured and structured data, automating manual workflows like invoice validation and reporting, and creating agentic workflows that streamline complex business processes across engineering, procurement, finance, and legal.

Requirements

verified8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
verifiedProficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
verifiedStrong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and modern data platforms
verifiedHands-on experience building with modern AI systems including LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and tool use frameworks
verifiedExperience with at least one AI coding or agent tool (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex)

Nice to Have

Experience in energy, utilities, EPC, infrastructure, or construction environments. Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced delivery settings. Familiarity with Claude, Anthropic APIs, MCP servers, or similar AI ecosystems. Experience building reusable frameworks, accelerators, or internal platforms. Background in customer-facing or embedded solution delivery roles.
