About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to serve as the technical visionary for our enterprise-scale AI foundation. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities and our existing IT landscape. You will design and lead the creation of intelligent, scalable, and production-ready systems that leverage AWS and Azure as core infrastructure, with Microsoft Copilot serving as the primary user experience layer for our workforce.
The position demands a deep mastery of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI architectures. You will not only define the end-to-end solution architecture but also validate these designs through Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. Your work will ensure that our AI systems are secure, governed, and capable of handling complex batch and real-time inference workloads while seamlessly integrating with enterprise applications and data sources.
The Day-to-Day
In this role, you will act as a technical thought leader, guiding the strategic adoption of emerging AI technologies. Your day will involve orchestrating multi-agent systems, designing robust RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data, and implementing MLOps/LLMOps frameworks to ensure continuous integration and governance. You will collaborate closely with business and product teams to translate complex requirements into actionable AI-driven solutions, while mentoring data scientists and engineers to elevate the team's overall capability.
