Who This Program Serves
SynergisticIT is designed for candidates who have skills but aren't seeing results. You may be a recent graduate in CS, Engineering, Math, or Stats; a jobseeker who was laid off and needs an updated stack; a career switcher seeking a guided plan; or a professional with career gaps or a "learning but not hired" bootcamp history. We also support international candidates on F1/OPT needing a clear employment pathway.
Our Job Placement Program (JOPP) focuses on building candidates across Java, Full Stack, DevOps, and Data Analytics, Engineering, Science, and ML/AI based on what employers repeatedly request. We provide guidance around STEM extensions and process support for H-1B and Green Card filings once employed.
