About the Role
We are seeking an Aerospace Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Kennesaw, GA facility. Reporting directly to the Aerospace Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the efficiency and safety of our Shipping and Receiving Departments. This on-site role is critical to supporting PPG's sales and delivery goals by ensuring seamless warehouse flow and team leadership.
In this position, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive process enhancements. Your day-to-day involves directing workflow, managing staffing levels, and leading a team of drivers and warehouse associates. You will ensure that all operations adhere to strict safety, quality, and procedural standards while coordinating material and equipment needs to keep the supply chain moving.

Requirements
