About the Role
The Service Advisor is a licensed financial professional responsible for supporting the advisory team in delivering financial planning and investment advice. This role serves as a vital bridge between our lead advisors and our clients, involving direct interaction to implement advisor-directed strategies, prepare financial plans, and provide ongoing service.
While this position may not fully own client relationships or new business development, it operates with a degree of independent judgment and applies specialized financial knowledge. You will be a point of contact for existing clients, analyzing data to identify planning opportunities and ensuring the timely, accurate execution of client requests. This role is dynamic; it will vary, grow, and change as the firm evolves, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
