About the Role

The Service Advisor is a licensed financial professional who plays a vital role in supporting our advisory teams. This position is designed for individuals who want to apply specialized financial knowledge with a degree of independent judgment to help clients achieve their financial wellness goals.

In this role, you will partner with lead advisors to implement advisor-directed strategies, prepare comprehensive financial plans, and serve as a dedicated point of contact for existing clients. While you will not own new business development, you will be essential to client retention and satisfaction by ensuring the timely and accurate execution of client requests. You will analyze client data to identify planning opportunities and maintain detailed documentation, all while staying current with industry regulations and market trends. This is a dynamic position that will vary, grow, and change as the firm expands its relationship-driven approach to the financial industry.
