About the Role

The Staff Clinician will be a foundational member of a newly forming team at Curative Medical Group. Reporting to the Lead Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to members via telehealth. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions while utilizing our advanced AI-assisted clinical framework.

You will play a vital role in the early success of this service line by providing clinical feedback to help refine workflows as the program scales. This position requires a systems mindset, understanding how individual patient encounters contribute to the broader Curative ecosystem. You will work effectively with clinical and operations peers to drive the overall success of the service line, adapting to evolving workflows in a scaling environment.

Location & Schedule

This is a fully remote role where all clinical care and collaboration are conducted virtually through approved internal communication platforms. The position is hourly, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm CST. Scheduling models may vary, including options such as three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts. Occasional travel for team-building or training (less than 10%) may be required.
