We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to physicians, learners, and the broader care team, performing comprehensive assessments and managing both acute and chronic conditions. Your work will extend beyond direct patient care to include optimizing care plans, interpreting diagnostics, and leading quality improvement and research initiatives aligned with the School's mission.
