About the Role
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to physicians, learners, and the broader care team, performing comprehensive assessments and managing both acute and chronic conditions. Your work will extend beyond direct patient care to include optimizing care plans, interpreting diagnostics, and leading quality improvement and research initiatives aligned with the School's mission.
You will thrive in a dynamic setting where you will also have the opportunity to precept learners, contributing to the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals. This position is designed for a clinician who values collaboration and is eager to make a meaningful impact on population health and patient outcomes.
