About the Role
This position provides comprehensive respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support to in-patients and out-pients ranging in age from neonatal to geriatric. As a Respiratory Therapist (RT-CRT), you will set up, monitor, and wean oxygen therapy and artificial ventilation. Your role involves drawing, analyzing, and reporting Arterial Blood Gases and EKGs, delivering intermittent therapy, and assisting with the changing of artificial airways. You will provide services as ordered by physicians in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring care is adapted to the specific needs of each patient population.
