This position serves as a pivotal hub within the research enterprise, orchestrating the management of a complex portfolio of up to 50 ongoing research projects. The role exists to ensure the highest level of research integrity, efficiency, and productivity while fostering the growth of research assistants and faculty collaborators.
In this hybrid role based in Boston, you will partner closely with Dr. Hyle and programmatic leadership to evaluate priorities, manage competing deadlines, and advise on resource allocation. Your day-to-day involves coaching and developing research assistants through curriculum design, weekly oversight, and performance reviews. You will act as a liaison across various collaborative research sites, facilitating communication and ensuring projects move forward with a highly organized approach. Beyond administrative coordination, you will contribute to the scientific landscape by leading analyses, manuscript development, and simulation model enhancements for select projects.
