About the Organization

Mass General Brigham is a not-for-profit healthcare system that relies on a diverse range of professionals—including doctors, nurses, business leaders, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts—to advance its mission. We support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us to experience what it means to be part of our community.

About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal hub within the research enterprise, orchestrating the management of a complex portfolio of up to 50 ongoing research projects. The role exists to ensure the highest level of research integrity, efficiency, and productivity while fostering the growth of research assistants and faculty collaborators.

In this hybrid role based in Boston, you will partner closely with Dr. Hyle and programmatic leadership to evaluate priorities, manage competing deadlines, and advise on resource allocation. Your day-to-day involves coaching and developing research assistants through curriculum design, weekly oversight, and performance reviews. You will act as a liaison across various collaborative research sites, facilitating communication and ensuring projects move forward with a highly organized approach. Beyond administrative coordination, you will contribute to the scientific landscape by leading analyses, manuscript development, and simulation model enhancements for select projects.
