The Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program Manager serves as the operational and strategic leader for the Nemours Children's Health Adult Disease Program within the Division of Cardiovascular services. This role is dedicated to driving programmatic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and coordinating comprehensive care for adult patients with congenital heart conditions. The position also encompasses the development and launch of future programs within the ACHD scope.
As a central advocate, the Program Manager bridges the gap between clinical teams, organizational leadership, patients, and families. The role exists to foster a culture of quality improvement, ensuring that care planning, scheduling, and resource allocation align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Success in this position requires a deep commitment to enhancing the patient and family experience while maintaining rigorous financial and regulatory standards.
This role is based at the Nemours Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) site. Travel to this location is required as part of the position's core responsibilities.
