CACI serves as the Prime Contractor on the MWIII Bridge, a critical initiative developing and supporting Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployments throughout the Intelligence Community (IC). This role is based in Hanover, MD, and focuses on mission support, software integration, system engineering, and the secure migration of complex systems.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for a new feature or capability being added to our product. Your day-to-day involves decomposing high-level designs into actionable tasks, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain security and performance benchmarks, and mentoring junior and mid-level peers to foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. As a valued team member, you will be part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions, driven by a higher purpose to ensure the safety of our nation.
