About the Role

This position serves as a vital support to store management, executing essential administrative functions to ensure the store runs smoothly. You will be the face of our customer service standards, engaging with every guest to create a positive internal and external experience while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

In this role, you will play an active part in building our team by assisting with the hiring process, conducting reference checks, and supporting the onboarding of new associates. You will partner with the Operations Assistant Store Manager on scheduling, expense monitoring, and supply inventory, ensuring the team has the coverage needed to deliver exceptional service. Your day will involve communicating priorities effectively, providing and accepting feedback, and ensuring adherence to all labor laws and safety standards. You will also champion our credit and loyalty programs and contribute to store shrink reduction goals, all while modeling a culture of honesty and integrity.
