About the Role
The Adjustments Transaction Processor is an entry-level, onsite role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position is vital to supporting business operations by performing a variety of transaction processing and account adjustment activities. You will ensure accuracy through data entry, document processing, and account reconciliation while strictly following established procedures and guidelines.
As a key member of the team, you will handle post payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage account adjustments. Your work involves researching payment issues, reissuing checks, processing stop payments, and communicating with employers or payors to obtain necessary information. You will also be responsible for preparing correspondence, balancing accounts, and classifying documents. This role requires high-accuracy data entry and the ability to verify data extracted from automated tools before transmitting processed data to the appropriate next level.
Hiring Process
Candidates for this position must complete a typing assessment as part of the application and interview process. A minimum speed of 40 WPM is required. The assessment will be sent via email after application completion, and a second assessment will be administered during the interview.
