About the Role
The Adjustments Transaction Processor is an entry-level, onsite role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position is vital to supporting business operations by performing a variety of transaction processing and account adjustment activities. You will ensure accuracy through data entry, document processing, and account reconciliation while strictly following established procedures and guidelines.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a structured environment. You will be responsible for posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and managing account adjustments, ensuring that all accounts are balanced prior to data transmission. The position involves close supervision and guidance as you apply learned skills to complete assigned analytical and operational processes.
Hiring Process
Candidates for this role must complete a typing assessment as part of the application and interview process. A minimum speed of 40 WPM is required. The assessment will be sent via email after application completion, and a second assessment will be administered during the interview.
