Whether teaching on campus or online, you will join a vibrant academic community committed to making a difference across the state.
We invite applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor in Medical Laboratory Science within the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Public Health and Nutrition Science. This role is designed to support our growing student enrollment for the 2025-2026 Academic Year at our Stephenville and Fort Worth campuses, as well as our online community.
As a 100% teaching-focused faculty member, you will deliver instruction in person, through approved instructional modalities, or online as necessitated by student demand. You may teach up to six semester credit hours in your discipline. Beyond the classroom, you will be expected to hold office hours, provide necessary academic support and mentorship to students, and serve as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). This is a temporary, part-time appointment assigned on a per-semester, as-needed basis.
To apply, please submit a completed online application including a cover letter addressing your qualifications, a Curriculum Vitae or Resume, at least three current professional references with full contact information, and unofficial transcripts. Note that you have only one opportunity to enter information and upload documents; once submitted, changes cannot be made. "See resume" is not an acceptable entry for application data.
Review of applications begins immediately and continues until the position is filled. Official transcripts must be received directly from each degree-granting institution prior to the issuance of a letter of appointment. All positions are security-sensitive, and employment is contingent upon the verification of credentials and the completion of a criminal history check.
