The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences (PENS) at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is an interdisciplinary hub offering undergraduate degrees in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Atmospheric Science, and Physics. The department also provides master's degrees in Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Coastal and Marine System Science, alongside a PhD in Coastal and Marine System Science. This search seeks to strengthen our faculty to support these diverse programs.
We are inviting applications for Chemistry Adjunct faculty positions. The primary focus of this role is teaching undergraduate laboratory courses, with a strong emphasis on General Chemistry I & II and potentially Organic Chemistry I & II. Depending on the candidate's specific area of expertise and background, there may also be opportunities to teach lecture courses. This is an open-ended search, and applications are accepted at any time until the position is filled.
