About the Role
In this position, you will be the heart of our community's social life, leading assigned activity programs that offer adequate and diversified recreational options for all residents. Whether engaging residents in group settings or designing specialized programs for those confined to their rooms, your goal is to motivate participation and foster connection. You will greet new residents with a special effort to include them, introducing them to others with similar interests and backgrounds.
Your day-to-day involves maintaining a current schedule of events, assisting in planning seasonal parties and monthly birthday celebrations, and actively participating in the community's census-building initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of activities and resident participation as required by state law. This role may occasionally require driving a company vehicle to social destinations and performing other duties as needed to support our residents and staff.
