This position focuses on developing individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students. You will collaborate closely with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans. A key part of your day involves implementing the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices through daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitoring.
