About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to step into a leadership position that balances hands-on operational work with team management. This role is designed for a professional who has historically been the "go-to" expert in Accounts Payable and is ready to formally own the function. You will serve as the calm, knowledgeable presence during high-pressure moments, ensuring that AP processes remain clean, aging reports stay balanced, and vendor relationships are maintained.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day AP operations, coach your team, and partner closely with Accounting leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where they can resolve complex invoice issues, fix broken processes, and drive smart efficiencies rather than busywork. You will be the person others come to when invoices don't make sense or when the team needs guidance on approvals and controls.
