Accounts Payable Specialist (Manufacturing Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-volume Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA, for a 3–4 month contract. This role is critical for supporting the processing of a significant AP backlog immediately following an Oracle Fusion ERP go-live. You will focus exclusively on true AP processing rather than general ledger or broader accounting functions, ensuring that financial workflows remain accurate and efficient during this transition period.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, Slack-driven environment and brings a strong background in manufacturing or distribution. You will be expected to execute high-volume processing tasks with a focus on the 3-way match process. While prior experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred, training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to handle the system.
