We are partnering with a dynamic, growing organization in the Red Bank, NJ area to find an experienced and driven Accounting Manager. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on operational excellence and transformation. You will join the leadership team to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and team development across regional entities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization.
As the Accounting Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to Regional Directors of Finance Operations, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your day-to-day will involve leading the month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring the integrity of financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP. Beyond the numbers, you will champion process improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to streamline workflows and implement automation within systems like Oracle ERP, EPBCS, and FCCS.

You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, mentoring regional accounting staff and establishing performance objectives that align with the company's growth trajectory.
