About the Role
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This role is designed to support core accounting functions, specifically focusing on job costing, general ledger activity, and balance sheet management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and experience within a manufacturing environment, serving as a vital link between finance and operations.
In this position, you will gain exposure to operational accounting processes while contributing to accurate financial reporting. You will play a key part in the month-end close process, collaborating with operations and production teams to ensure accurate cost tracking. The role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, recommend corrections, and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across the accounting function.

Requirements
