The Account Manager serves as the vital bridge between our clients, the Customer Service team, and our internal operations. This position is designed to ensure seamless day-to-day communication and operational alignment, guaranteeing that client needs are met with precision and efficiency.
In this role, you will represent AMS in all client communications, acting as the primary point of contact during the client transition process and throughout the ongoing service lifecycle. You will coordinate service activities across diverse functional areas, including production, receiving, shipping, and IT, ensuring that client programs and processes are implemented effectively. Beyond coordination, you will define and monitor quality control measures, manage safety policies, and handle administrative responsibilities such as payroll auditing and billing generation in close collaboration with the Finance team.
This position operates within a professional office environment. The role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. While the core duties are office-based, the role requires active interaction with various operational teams to drive results.
