Since 2011, Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have provided a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment for children with autism and other related disorders. We work individually with each child using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create personalized behavior plans designed to help improve fundamental and communication skills. Each child's treatment is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
We believe that when the family thrives, the child does too. That is why Ready Set Connect offers services, programs, and support for the entire family, ensuring a holistic approach to development and well-being.
Begin a fulfilling career supporting young children with autism as they develop essential life skills for greater independence. As an ABA Therapist, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans to support skill acquisition, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and promote independence across educational and social settings.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison between the center, school staff, and families, fostering positive relationships while ensuring consistency and effectiveness of interventions. You will work in both center-based and school-based settings, adapting materials and teaching approaches to align with the unique needs of each client. The position requires a dynamic, high-stimulation environment where you will exercise sound judgment, multi-task effectively, and maintain professionalism while representing the values of Ready Set Connect.
ABA Therapists are required to work 30-35 hours per week to meet billable expectations. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible hours available between 7:45 am and 5:15 pm. Additionally, therapists must be available to work a minimum of one Saturday or Sunday per month from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.
The role involves significant physical activity, including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and engaging in play-based interactions. Therapists may need to assist, lift, or physically support students of varying sizes and implement safety care techniques, including CPI procedures, when necessary. Travel between centers and school locations may be required.
Ready Set Connect is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are dedicated to providing a supportive work environment for our staff and the families we serve.
