Quad In-Store provides in-store marketing materials and programs for many of the nation's leading retailers and brand marketers. We offer extensive production expertise and resources to develop attention-getting, sales-driving shopper marketing programs in conjunction with other Quad solutions. From design and prototype services through large-format printing, finishing operations, and customized kit packing, Quad In-Store works with retailers and brand marketers to create a destination in-store.
We are currently seeking entry-level and skilled machine operators to join our team at the West Allis facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of our finishing operations, responsible for the setup and operation of critical equipment such as Die Cutters, Guillotine Cutters, and Stock Mounters. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential to ensuring every product meets our high quality specifications before it reaches our clients.
Candidates selected for this position will be trained on the 1st shift (4:00 AM - 2:00 PM). However, the role requires the ability to work the 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift (Monday-Thursday), with Fridays and Saturdays available for overtime as needed.

Prior machine operator experience and proven familiarity with finishing equipment. Experience with forklift operation and/or other material handling equipment.
