About the Role
We are seeking full-time ground lead drivers to join our team. In this role, you will handle and deliver freight from manufacturers to outsourcing operations within a 75-mile radius of Fort Worth. This position is strictly local and does not require Over-The-Road (OTR) travel.
You will operate a 26-foot box truck or utilize your own asset if available. The role offers independence on the road while incorporating customer service, road safety, and driving skills. You will be responsible for completing assigned delivery and pickup stops, using hand-held devices to record daily activity, and maintaining the security of all packages and equipment. The job involves lifting, bending, carrying, and loading freight using a pallet jack, as well as following turn-by-turn maps.

Qualifications & Culture
