Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer or Structural Engineer to join our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Iuka, MS. This position will be filled at either the Associate level (Level 1) or the Structural Engineer level (Level 2) based on the candidate's qualifications.
In this role, you will collaborate in a team environment to develop and document detailed structural analyses in support of aircraft repairs. You will apply your knowledge of classical static strength hand analysis, Durability and Damage Tolerance (DaDT) analysis, and finite element modeling to discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from metal and composite materials. Your work will directly support the Material Review Board (MRB) and the Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP), requiring you to comprehend and analyze complex problems to develop effective solutions.

Experience with the development of dispositions for Airframe discrepancies. Active DoW secret clearance or above. Structural analysis experience with MRB related activities.
