Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, providing ongoing support for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause to help patients see improved health outcomes.
We are seeking board-certified Gynecologists to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women. In this fully remote role within the U.S., you will serve as a vital link in our care continuum, diagnosing, treating, and managing both chronic and acute conditions. Your work will directly impact the lives of women who have historically lacked access to specialized care, allowing you to practice medicine with flexibility while making a meaningful difference in a mission-driven environment.
Your role centers on conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans via video visits. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, promoting preventative health through education and evidence-based strategies. A typical week involves dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours to consults, prescribing medications when appropriate, and providing necessary medical guidance. Beyond direct patient care, you will manage charting, address patient questions, and handle administrative tasks and messages, all while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
This role offers the flexibility to set hours that best fit your lifestyle, though it requires specific availability to meet patient needs. A minimum of 80% of your weekly contracted hours must be scheduled during weekends and evenings: Fridays until 9:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, all within your relevant state license time zone(s). This structure ensures we can provide care when our patients need it most.
Please note that hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time. All active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed. Applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s), though we often revisit opportunities in the future as hiring needs evolve and align with licensure and experience requirements.
At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against candidates or patients based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
