Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, providing ongoing support for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause to help patients achieve improved health outcomes.
We are seeking board-certified Gynecologists to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women. In this fully remote role within the U.S., you will diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions, dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Your work will involve conducting thorough patient assessments via video visits, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care. You will also promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies, while maintaining accurate patient records and addressing administrative tasks.
This role offers the flexibility to set hours that best fit your lifestyle, with a requirement to dedicate a minimum of 80% of weekly contracted hours to specific windows. These include Fridays until 9:00 PM and Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in your relevant state license time zone(s). This structure ensures we can meet the needs of our patients during evenings and weekends.
Hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time. All active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed. Applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s), though we often revisit opportunities in the future as hiring needs evolve and requirements align.
At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against candidates or patients based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
