Partners for Youth with Disabilities

The Personal Care Assistant role supports young people with disabilities attending the 2026 Youth Leadership Forum at Emerson College. PCAs work alongside the YLF team to provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and self-care, while encouraging participants to self-direct their needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring participant safety during campus transitions, responding to emergency calls, and fostering socialization among peers. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven environment that empowers youth with disabilities to build self-advocacy skills. Daytime and overnight shifts are available for this temporary event-based role.
