MP-HR is seeking an HCM Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of seven to ten Account Executives within a remote-first, fast-growing Human Capital Management organization. The role focuses on driving consistent execution of consultative sales processes while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on coaching. Key responsibilities include conducting regular one-on-ones, deal reviews, and pipeline forecasts, as well as recruiting and onboarding new sales talent to support organizational growth. The manager is expected to build a values-aligned sales culture and partner cross-functionally with marketing and client services to ensure a seamless client experience.
