We are Elmhurst Consulting Solutions (ECS), a student-led consulting group within the Industrial/Organizational Psychology MA program at Elmhurst University. Our mission aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application by building long-term client partnerships that provide students with invaluable experience, leading to the development of practical, high-quality consulting solutions.
The ECS consultants help organizations become more effective and efficient. This is accomplished by an initial needs assessment of current processes followed by a detailed analysis based on what the organization is hoping to accomplish. An array of services are provided (survey development, training programs, performance appraisal tools, etc.) to help organizations better fulfill their goals.
