About the Role
The Shop Foreman is a leadership position within our Fleet Team, serving as a vital partner to the Fleet Manager, Fleet Supervisor, and Fleet Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling of maintenance work for a diverse fleet ranging from Motorcoaches to Transit Vans. You will lead a team of Technicians, Fleet Coordinators, Parts and Inventory Specialists, and others, fostering an environment where you diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues while managing work orders to ensure accurate billing.
Day-to-day, you will leverage your advanced understanding of heavy and light-duty vehicle components and telematics systems to monitor shop efficiency. You will be responsible for verifying DVIR processes, auditing work orders for labor and parts accuracy, and ensuring all vehicle compliance is met daily. Beyond technical oversight, you will support the IT Team in managing on-board shuttle technology, respond to road calls, and drive process improvements to streamline workflow and reduce waste. Above all, you will lead with humility, coaching your team to create learning and growth paths while maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful work environment.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of maintenance experience with a variety of vehicles
- verified5+ years of leadership experience in fleet maintenance, automotive repair, or transportation operations
- verifiedProficient in fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio, Samsara, Good2Go, SinglePoint, Petro)
