About the Role

We are hiring experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to manage a full caseload of WC defence matters from inception to resolution. You will represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). This role suits attorneys who have built their career in California workers' compensation defence and want to practice in a modern, remote-first firm that rewards production and invests in growth.

The firm operates a fully paperless, remote-first environment supported by digital case management and dictation software. What makes our firm different is our collaborative billing model, where every attorney is paired with a legal assistant who bills hours on their behalf. This structure makes hitting quarterly bonus thresholds realistic and consistent. We offer a clear promotion track from Associate through to Senior Managing Partner.

Location and Flexibility

This is a remote-first position. However, if preferred, you have access to eight California office locations: Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento/Roseville, and San Diego.
