Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect and coordinate detailed schedule development for corrective and preventative maintenance
- check_circleProvide direction to planners, schedulers, and Project Managers for effective schedule implementation
- check_circleEvaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports
- check_circleCoach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization
- check_circleAssist in forced outage coordination and support emergency response activities
- check_circleEnsure adherence to Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rules, and Clean Energy Center Procedures
- check_circleManage priority emergent work and resolve conflicts challenging schedule safety and performance
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
- verifiedStrong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge
- verifiedCurrent or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- verifiedEngineering or Technical Degree
- verifiedSupervisory or managerial experience
Nice to Have
Strong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge. Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification. Engineering or Technical Degree. Supervisory or managerial experience. Willingness to occasionally work nights and/or weekends.
