About the Role
We are looking for a Wellness Nurse Manager to join our team at Ridgemere Senior Living located at 4550 Price St. Conway, AR 72034!
As a Wellness Nurse Manager, you will serve as a superior supervisor, taking charge of the building in the absence of department heads. You will be active in the department, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided.
You will be a force on the floor, setting a good example by being available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrating a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first. You will be a diligent documenter, ensuring resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents are completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly. You will be a compassionate caregiver, exemplifying the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently
- check_circleProvide direct hands-on nursing care and conduct medication passes for residents

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- verifiedAbility to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- verifiedCriminally cleared
