Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and assist the Wellness team in providing person-centered care
- check_circleProvide direct hands-on nursing care to residents
- check_circleComplete resident assessments and medical records accurately
- check_circleAssist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and transfers
- check_circleRespond to call lights and resident requests with urgency
- check_circleSupervise building operations in the absence of department heads
- check_circleAdminister medication passes as needed
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
