Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently
- check_circleAssist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and transfers as required
- check_circleEnsure person-centered care is provided to current care standards and regulations
- check_circleSupervise the building and lead the Wellness team in the absence of department heads
- check_circleProvide direct hands-on nursing care and administer medications as needed
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- verifiedAbility to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- verifiedCriminally cleared
