The Role
As a Resident Services Nurse (RN/LPN), you will be responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the Community. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and supporting residents and families as needed. You will play a key part in the daily operations of the Resident Services Department, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants

- check_circleAssist with clinical assessments and recertifications per state requirements
Requirements
- verifiedRN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- verifiedExperience in assisted living or long-term care
- verifiedBasic First Aid certification
- verifiedCPR certification
