Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in supervising the medication program and self-administration
- check_circleReport significant incidents and changes in resident needs
- check_circleAssist with completion of resident assessments and service plans
- check_circleSupport hiring and managing performance within the department
- check_circleAssist with training and orientation of new associates
- check_circleAssist with scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants
- check_circleProvide coaching and mentoring to Resident Services Department associates
- check_circleAssist with supervision of RSA staff during provision of care
- check_circleSupervise Resident Services Department associates including CNAs
- check_circleAssist with clinical assessments and recertifications per state requirements
Requirements
- verifiedRN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- verifiedExperience in assisted living or long-term care setting
- verifiedBasic First Aid certification
- verifiedCPR certification
