About the Role

As the Wellness Director, you will lead and supervise the wellness team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. This role exists to ensure optimal resident health and wellness by overseeing resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication management. You will serve as a vital collaborator with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff, while providing the training, mentorship, and ongoing support necessary to maintain compliance and clinical excellence. Your analytical mindset will be key to using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes in our beautiful work environment.
