About the Role

As a Warehouse/Driver II, you will be the backbone of our local branch, ensuring the accurate and professional execution of deliveries while supporting essential warehouse operations. This role is designed for a versatile team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to fluctuate between driving duties and warehouse responsibilities to meet operational demands.

In this position, you will operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and other facilities, representing the Johnstone brand with a professional appearance and a winning attitude. You will also play a key role in warehouse efficiency by receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, and maintaining organized inventory. Whether you are operating forklifts, managing RF scanners, or assisting with counter sales, your focus will be on operational excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to cross state lines. We require a minimum of 3–5 years of delivery driving experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting, along with box truck driving experience. Candidates should also have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and material handling. While forklift experience is preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.

All new hires must successfully pass a background check, MVR screening, and a pre-employment drug screening. For delivery driver positions, DOT certification is required. We also participate in E-Verify.
