Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting our mission to deliver quality products to customers.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety are paramount. Your day-to-day responsibilities include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, you will move product efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will scan products into inventory systems and prepare orders for delivery drivers.

Safety and Standards

Employees are expected to follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards at all times. Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all orders are accurate and ready for delivery.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay opportunities for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts. Some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives.
