Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a vital part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to getting products to customers efficiently.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety are paramount. Your day-to-day responsibilities include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, you will move product throughout the facility while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will scan products into inventory systems and prepare orders for delivery drivers.

Growth and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, typically ranging from $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts. Many locations also offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Some locations provide shift differential pay for overnight shifts.
