About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the distribution network, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and on time for delivery routes. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and productivity.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of products throughout the distribution center. Your day-to-day activities include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and unloading incoming shipments. You will move product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping pallets for secure transport.

The role is physically active, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift. You will use equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to move product efficiently scan products into inventory systems to maintain accurate records. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.
