Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a vital part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting the fast-paced environment of our warehouse operations.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks designed to keep our distribution centers running smoothly. You will be responsible for loading delivery trucks with product and unloading incoming shipments. Throughout your shift, you will move product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for safe transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, you will move product efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will scan products into inventory systems and prepare orders for delivery drivers.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour. We recognize the demands of this role with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts. Some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Shift differential pay is also available for overnight shifts at certain locations.
